Your ticket will be checked and scanned on arrival. Having your ticket downloaded on your phone is totally fine and will help speed up entry.
You will be asked to show an ID if you’re lucky enough to look under 25. Please take it as a compliment and remember to bring an ID with you.
The only accepted forms of ID are valid and up to date passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card or a foreign ID card that clearly displays the PASS hologram.
For people with early entrance tickets, make sure to arrive before 2:30pm. If not, you will have to pay for the difference.
This is an all ages event.
Children of all ages are permitted. All children and young people up to and including the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 26. This MUST be the parent, legal, guardian or nominated guardian of the young person.
An adult over the age of 26 can accompany a maximum of 4 young persons.
Children under the age of 12 will be admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.
Children aged 12 years – 17 years old will require their own ticket.
Naked City is committed to producing events that are accessible to all users.
This guide is designed to inform everybody who comes to Naked City what to expect before you arrive at the event.
The event is situated in an outdoor greenfield space of Beckenham Place Park in South London.
The festival site is on grass and undulates in many places and the area is not accessible by hard standing path.
We provide free carer tickets if you wish to purchase a ticket to Naked City and you require a personal assistant to attend with you. Please contact us at info@nakedcityfestival.com, send a copy of your ticket or a confirmation email with your name, surname, and email address of your assistant.
Please also send through your proof of disability document which can include current Disabled Living Allowance document, PIP (or equivalent) or evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind).
Your personal assistant will be sent a guest ticket which they will need to provide on entrance to the festival.
There will be accessible toilets at each toilet block. There will be 5 easy-access unisex toilet in toilet on site. To access these toilets, you will need a code – these can be obtained at the info point. If you need assistance, please ask a member of our staff who will happily help you.
Email us in advance (info@nakedcityfestival.com) to arrange and we will make sure the process is easy and smooth for you on the day.
All our security is trained to assist you in case of an emergency and to make sure that any access needs are provided for.
The festival site is on grass and undulates in places. It is likely that in poor weather conditions the site may become muddy and water-soaked – it is not a stadium or hard flooring. Please check the weather in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Wheelchairs users will be able to watch performances from the side of the stage where possible, accompanied by a security personnel. Please let the security close to the stage know that is the preference.

Please note, if you purchased your ticket for the 2020 event from Dice or Festticket it is valid for the 2021 edition.
Do not buy from any other ticketing outlets as there could be scams or duplicated and you will get refused entry.
We will also be selling a limited amount of tickets on the door, but we recommend buying tickets in advance.
Please keep in mind that you will be searched upon entry.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and legal highs. You cannot bring pressurised gas canisters into the venue and you will be asked to surrender any canisters or be refused entry.
No food or drink will be allowed on-site either – we have everything covered on-site
Cosmetic products and vape liquids are allowed at the discretion of the security staff but only in small containers. Sun cream is permitted on-site, but the maximum bottle size is 200ml.

The dealing or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Naked City Festival.
A drug search is in operation at the event entrances, and anybody found in possession of controlled substances will be refused admission without a refund and handed over to the police.
Whilst we uphold a zero-tolerance policy, if you feel unwell as a result of substance misuse, please ask a steward to direct you to the designated medics room, where our staff can assist without judgment.
Amnesty bins will be provided at the entrance of the festival.
We are confident that Naked City 2021 will be able to go ahead given the optimism in the air around vaccines.
We are also confident that we would be able to deliver the show in a Covid-safe way.
However, if for any reason the festival is not permitted to take place under Government guidance, you will be entitled to a full refund, or to transfer your ticket to any rescheduled date.
On the off chance that you feel that you or any other person needs medical help, advance toward the medics’ area and look for assistance right away.
We will have a qualified medical team on site all day to help, regardless of whether you or your friends feel unwell, or whether you simply need to get away from the group for a break.
In order to locate the medics area, keep your eyes open for signage which will be up and around over the site. In the event that you can’t find it, don’t hesitate to ask.
Any lost children will be cared for in the Welfare Tent and this should be the first place to head if you have been separated. We recommend giving your child a copy of your phone number.
If you find a lost child please take them to a security guard, the info Point of Welfare Tent. One of our lovely staff will look after him/her in the meantime.
If you find or lose anything, head straight down to the Info Point where all lost property will be taken to and logged in.
All dietary requirements will be met by a multitude of food traders on site, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Seating area will be provided around the food concessions area and throughout the site.
Reducing our environmental impact is really important to us. For that reason, we will be serving drinks in reusable cups. You pay a deposit of £1 per cup at the bar and swap your dirty cup for a clean one with each new drink. Get your quid back at the designated ‘Cup refund point’ before 22:30. Toilets will be located throughout the site and clearly signed.
Disabled toilets – There will be accessible toilets at each toilet block. These will be coded to ensure they are only used by those who need to.
The code/key will be available at the Medical Tent and with security.
A resident’s information letter will be posted to properties agreed by Lewisham Council to fall within the catchment, by the end of June. This letter will contain contact details for the day for any noise complaints, as well as other information.
If you experience any problems during the event build, show days, or de-rig period, then please contact the management team on the dedicated Residents’ Line 07501 430073 for assistance. This number will be available over the Event’s build and de-rig period from 8am-8pm daily, and on show day 27th July from 10am-midnight.
We are operating a no re-entry policy.
There won’t be any lockers on site.
We are hoping the sun will be out. There is limited cover from the elements at the event site – please bring an adequate rain coat in the case of bad weather and appropriate footwear.

Not once you’ve reached the search teams, after then you cannot take food and drink onto the site. Food vendors and drink with a variety of options will be available on site.
